SCOPE

Issuance of e-invoices
Includes all necessary information required by law, based on current legislation. The e-invoice is initiated automatically by the ERP system and encompasses sending of e-invoices, status tracking, processing and contingency procedures, cancellation and tax registration.

Delivery of e-invoices
E-invoices are delivered according to the standards established by law, and are available to recipients via e-mail, portal or EDI.

Receipt of e-invoices

About the Solution

The NEOGRID Electronic Service Invoice solution is leading the Brazilian market, already used by a wide variety of industries, which include, but are not restricted to major retailers, logistics operators, oil refineries and distributors, food and beverages manufacturers, cigarette manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers, and telecommunications providers, as well as the trading partners of companies in these industries.

Features:

• While the Electronic Invoice (federal requirements) applies to invoices for goods, the Electronic Service Invoice (municipal requirements) applies to invoices for services.
• There is no standardization of the invoicing processes, as each town implements the Electronic Service Invoice according to its own, local business rules and applications.
• The entity can print a Provisional Service Receipt (RPS) before converting the document into an Electronic Service Invoice, which is then submitted to the township.
• Customers need to modify their internal systems only once, using a default NEOGRID layout, and NEOGRID is responsible for converting it to the layout and specific aspects of each township. 334 Brazilian townships have already been validated.
