Agentrics, a leading company in supply chain synchronization, announced today that it has been included in the 2012 "Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100". Agentrics' ongoing work with a Fortune 500 retailer was recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine for successful and innovative transformation. The 11th annual listing of the Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 highlights the industry's "100 Great Supply Chain Projects" that have had a significant impact on the companies going through the implementations.
"This is an excellent validation of Agentrics' collaboration suite, and a testimony to our approach," said Kurt Johnson, Vice President of North America, Agentrics. "Our unique combination of SaaS and service deliver an unparalleled platform for retailers and suppliers to align around the consumer. Being in the Top 100 of Supply & Demand Chain Executive's evaluation is a terrific honor and achievement."
Agentrics and its Fortune 500 retailer customer had a project goal to reduce excess inventory while maintaining in-stock levels by extending retailer-supplier collaboration all the way to the store shelf. To date, using the Agentrics Collaboration solution, the project has overachieved its targets with aggregate excess inventory down 65 percent in pilot stores.
