Unprecedented Comprehensive Retailer-Trading Partner Program to the North American Market

Chicago, IL - September 20, 2010 - Agentrics, a global product management provider for the retail and consumer goods industry, announced today its Agentrics' UnityTM program, a comprehensive combination of tools, analytics, expertise and incentives designed specifically for Retailers and their Trading Partners.

 

The UnityTM program uses a unique combination of systems, financial incentives and deep retail experience to deliver dramatically improved collaboration for demand driven forecasting, better managed inventory levels, reduced out-of-stocks and increased product availability.

 

Program Highlights Include:

 

- Agentrics' Retail Intelligence (RI) platform offers near real-time Point of Sale (POS) data sharing and analytics, delivering a single source of visibility into daily sales and inventory, by item, by store to the Retailer-Trading Partner ecosystem.

 

- SaaS based collaboration, via a robust, secure, web based platform, both Retailers and Trading Partners collaborate in a ‘one truth' dialog.

 

- Agentrics Retail Specialists deliver deep expertise to a market that is underserved by large, global software and consulting companies.

 

- A supplier education and on-boarding program office on-board Trading Partners effectively, providing them with the training and insight to maximize their views while freeing the Retailer's employee's to manage their business.

Agentrics' customers already using the UnityTM program have realized the additional benefits of a better understanding of inventory and a drop in out-of-stock levels by as much as 50% in some categories, ultimately increasing sales by reducing the possibility of inavailability.

 

A major, multi-billion dollar global food and beverage manufacture using UnityTM gained a better understanding of their inventory and witnessed out-of-stock levels drop by nearly 50% in some categories. "When the customer does not find the wanted product, (they) go after another brand, or go to another store. In both cases it's bad for the vendor and also for the retailer" said one executive closely connected with the intiaitive.

 

Further, the program has strong financial incentives for both retailer and the supplier. "In this competitive market, our combination of services is a sustainable advantage for us and creates a unique differentiation," said Tim Robinson, COO, Agentrics. "Broad adoption of UnityTM in a Retailer's Trading Partner ecosystem will deliver significant bottom line results well beyond the benefits we've built into the UnityTMProgram."
